During the break between the winter and spring semesters we headed down to California for a little summer vacation. We camped on the beach and went to 6 Flags (one of Karl's favorite places. He loves roller coasters). The beach was beautiful and we had it all to ourselves. Probably because it was freezing, we never got in the water, but that's ok. We saw dolphins, carnivorous birds, and hundreds of seals. It was a really beautiful area. Here are a few pics.

Hundreds and Hundreds of Seals
The beach and cliffs were awesome.
It was too cold to get into the water so we made a big sand castle. We made sure we knocked it down when we were done so that some kids wouldn't do it.
Us waiting in line for a ride which was a little boring at times so we took some pics.
Kendra in front of The Riddler Roller Coaster
Every time we walked by this seal Kendra insisted that we took a picture and we finally did as we were heading back home.
Karl and I met our freshman year of college. We were friends for about a year, dated for about a year, and then were married December 27, 2008 in the St. George Temple. Karl and I have both graduated from BYU and are going into the medical field. Karl has moved on to Optometry school in Oregon and I just finished my nursing degree. Our little bundle of joy should be making an appearance soon
